Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Reformular mobile application and related services. By accessing or using Reformular, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Health and Wellness Disclaimer

Reformular is a general wellness application. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, monitor, manage, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

The app provides general nutrition tracking, food logging, and wellness guidance for informational purposes only.
Content generated by AI features is not medical advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Information provided by the app is based on your inputs and automated processing, not a medical examination or review of your complete health history.
Always seek the advice of your physician, registered dietitian, or other qualified health provider with questions regarding a medical condition, diet, or nutrition plan.
Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or receive through Reformular.
If you have or suspect an eating disorder, seek professional help immediately.
Calorie and macro estimates are approximations and may not be accurate for every food, brand, portion size, or preparation method.
If you experience urgent symptoms or a medical emergency, seek immediate medical care and do not rely on the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Reformular. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 and legally capable of entering into these Terms.

Account

You sign in using Apple Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple account and for activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple's in-app purchase system.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Refunds, billing disputes, and purchase processing are subject to Apple's policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use Reformular for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose.
Reverse engineer, probe, abuse, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority.
Upload content you do not have the right to use.
Create multiple accounts or otherwise attempt to circumvent product, payment, or usage limits.

Service Usage and Fair Use

To maintain service quality and availability, we may apply reasonable usage limits to AI-powered features, including messages, food analyses, and image submissions. We may adjust these limits at any time.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the text, photos, and information you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content solely as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve Reformular.

Intellectual Property

Reformular and all related design, software, text, graphics, and features, excluding your content, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Assumption of Risk

You understand that dietary changes, weight-management efforts, and reliance on estimated nutrition information involve inherent risks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume all risks arising out of your use of the app and any decisions you make based on the app's outputs.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR INDIVIDUAL CIRCUMSTANCES.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REFORMULAR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reformular from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Service Changes and Termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if continued access presents legal, security, or operational risk.

Survival, Severability, and No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Estonia, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Reformular after an update means the updated Terms apply to your use to the extent permitted by law.
