By accessing or using Reformular ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Reformular is an AI-powered nutrition tracking application that uses artificial intelligence to identify foods and estimate nutritional information. The App is not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Reformular is a paid subscription service. Payment is processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies.

6. Nutritional Information Disclaimer

Nutritional data provided by Reformular is estimated using AI and web-sourced data. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the precision of any nutritional information. Do not rely on the App for medical dietary decisions. Always consult a healthcare professional for dietary needs related to health conditions.

7. User Content

By submitting photos and text to the App, you grant Reformular a non-exclusive license to process this content for the purpose of providing the service. We do not share your food photos or personal data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the AI models
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reformular shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
